Andrea joined the WHA team in 2002. In her role as the Administrative Services Manager, Andrea coordinates the services of support teams which comprise the accounting, purchasing, administrative assistance, and Computer IT departments. Her primary responsibilities ensure the efficient performance of day-to-day administrative duties including assistant and reception services, payroll and employee records, financial reconciliation and reporting, accounts receivable/payable and collections, information and data processing, records management, and purchasing/travel services. Andrea assists the Vice President of Business Operations in coordinating the efforts of personnel and company resources, developing work flow procedures for efficiency, and analyzing and resolving administrative challenges.
Andrea's past work history includes six years managing the State of Missouri Division of Child Support Enforcement's purchasing and accounts payable functions. She also served as the Finance Director for the United Way of Central Missouri.
