Hydrostatic Burst/Proof Testing

The WHA Hydrostatic Test System can safely evaluate the pressure-containing capability of pressure vessels and components, up to 30,000 psig. Typical pneumatic component standards such as CGA V-9 require hydro-pressure testing of the device up to three times the maximum working pressure.
WHA can also perform experimental strain measurement and stress analysis on pressure vessels and components. See ASME Pressure Vessel Analysis.
The Hydrostatic Test System consists of a pneumatically driven hydrostatic pump, pressure transducers, and a blast enclosure that houses the test article.
