Jon joined WHA in 2007. As WHA's Oxygen System Technician, he performs test system build-ups and general test facility fabrication and maintenance. He conducts AIT (Autogenous Ignition Temperature) testing, Oxygen Index testing and various non-standard testing. Jon also manages WHA's oxygen cleaning room and travels throughout North America to support WHA's forensic engineers on failure analysis inspections.

Prior to joining WHA, Jon was employed at NASA White Sands Test Facility (NASA WSTF) as a Materials and Systems Test Technician.  During this period he was certified as Mechanical Test Technician for NASA WSTF's LHRP (liquid hydrogen recirculation pump).  While at that facility, he was also a machinist and manufactured flight hardware.
