Teresa became a member of the WHA staff in 2006.  As part of the Administrative team, she provides support in accounting, marketing, and client relations.  Teresa's attention to detail makes her valuable as WHA's Editorial Assistant.  In this role, she works closely with WHA engineers to ensure that technical reports, papers and presentations are of the highest quality.  Other responsibilities include providing training course and seminar hosting and ensuring client satisfaction for those who contact WHA.

Teresa's previous experience includes eight years as Customer Services Manager for Midland Savings & Loan and fifteen years as Assistant to the President and Associate Media Buyer for John F. Sauer & Co., Inc., Media Placement Agency.
